An apology, and a refund is really not satisfactory when you are abandoned at the airport in the middle of the night.

I for one, and the others similarly abandoned will never use Prime Time again. How can PrimeTime survive? If your business is to take reservations, make charges, you must know you have to have a van/ car designated for those reservations. We were lucky to find a place on the shared ride Super Shuttle service. He was rude and was not able to provide any help whatsoever. One PrimeTime van arrived to take people (no one at our stop) to Hollywood. Since the reservation number, and any other number that could be found for Prime Time had only recordings, apparently everyone goes home at mid-night - and no one answers phones.Īnother party of 10 arrived shortly after mid-night and were similarly abandoned. At midnight, his shift ended and he left, telling me that a van might come for me but it could be an hour or longer, he just didn't know. I was told that he couldn't confirm that a van was coming to pick me up because he was not able to get a van number. There was an PrimeTime agent at the curb.

My flight was late, but arriving at 1140p, and I had no checked luggage. At the time of reservation, my credit card was charged.

I made a reservation with PrimeTime for a pick up at LAX drop off at my home, using the exclusive ride option. I was abandoned at the airport, alone, after mid-night with no ride home.
